With how often edits and reversions happen, is there a way to view more updates, or lumping together updates? I can only get it to show a single page of results.

If you need a more detailed view of the recent activity, you can visit the Recent Changes page.

I also find the Gallery of new files page pretty handy, since it goes back quite a way and just shows you what new images there are without any clutter

thanks i was actually looking for that. It use to be on the sidebar of the old wiki and i used that a lot. Recent activity is nice since it actually shows the pictures added and is easier to read, but it goes by too fast and most of it seems to be undoing bot edits.
