My satisfaction that they did let Liberty inflate and the hope to see more scenes of her doing so almost makes up for the frustration I had watching the previous episode. They give Sweetie the power to conjure stuff bigger and better than what she can imagine, and when she wishes for a giant (probably super tasty) burger out of hunger, for plot reasons they have her throw it out the window instead. Next, they have Rubble, who takes great interest in eating the burger before Busby stations itself in front of it, plow a hole through it with his powers on Ryder's command, and then take a single bite out of it, again I guess for hole size plot reasons. Finally, when Skye calls for the burger to stop/save Sweetie as the climax of their aerial dogfight, Sweetie makes no attempt to bite some wiggle room out of the burger, let alone wish (headcanon-wise) to be able to consume that taster than she could have imagined burger as a consolation prize before they snatched her crown back. Everything she created but a souvenir spot of mustard(?) was poofed away once the crown was off her head, so its not like her (boulder-sized) distendedness had to carry over to the next scene, though her submission for the rest of the episode would have made more sense have gotten to experience the height of all her desires.
