There should’ve been one rule against fanart being posted in The Big Cartoon Wiki.

I believe this has to do with a new file, "IMG_0672.jpeg" that was just uploaded by the user Fattymale28. They have simply mistaken some fan art of Johnny Test (which I myself actually created) to be from an actual episode of the Netflix revival.
