I got some info about fables/fairytales that feature expansion most of the time, kinda like all of those "Wolf and 7 Kids" adaptations are almost always guaranteed to have a vore scene. You might find these interesting, seeing how some of these are a bit obscure and/or lesser known than f.e. Frog and Ox.

-Wawel Dragon, about a dragon inflating and being popped by drinking too much water; this is a Polish tale, and you can find adaptations of it by searching "Smok Wawelski" or "O Smoku Wawelskim"

-Fox and Wolf/Fox and Grapes/Rat and Weasel, the premise is similar to; a animal (fox/weasel) gets too fat to get out of a hole.

Seriously worth looking through tbh. There might be some hidden gems.

There are some scenes with modern day kids books, ("One hungry dragon" by Alastair Willmore, "this hungry dragon" by heath mckenzie, "There Was an Old Gator Who Swallowed a Moth" by B.J. Lee, and "The wolf and the seven kids, a grim and gross retelling" by Benjamin Harper) the issue is that a lot of these books exist solely in physical form with no Ebook equivalent of any form, meaning that if anyone wanted to document them, they'd not only have to physically buy one of the books but tear the books open to properly capture the pages with the most detail a printer scanner could possibly muster, (and needless to say there's very little chance any author mentioned would be willing to just hand over the raw images to a site like this, but I suppose anything's possible :/).

Some of those books have snippets online from author interviews but I wouldn't worry about them because they're new. They're not in danger of becoming lost media anytime soon.

Instead, try to focus on the more easily accessible books before they lose their accessibility. Take "Oliver and his alligator", it is no longer available on archive.org to normal users as the source was removed. I saved the relevant pages from the book long before this happened, but I didn't know I could brighten the pages at the time.

Also, always keep an eye out for fairytale books as they always have varied content and art styles, look at Little Red Riding Hood's page to see what I mean.

Yes, the book is about a shy boy who feeds his class to the alligator he found, the gator gets pretty spherical by the end. Also, I went and found a decent way to brighten those dark pages I was talking about.
