Miss Caretaker of Sunohara-sou (Sunohara-sō no Kanrinin-san) is a romantic comedy manga by Nekoume, running since 2014. An anime adaptation made by Silver Link aired in 2018. The story centers on Aki Shiina, a feminine-looking boy who is usually mistaken for a girl. He moves to Tokyo in an effort to reaffirm his masculinity during middle school, but ends up in the girls' lodging house Sunohara-sou. It is there that he meets the motherly caretaker Ayaka and gains a crush on her. Aki is often put in embarrassing situations by her and the other girls who live in the house.
