I found some scenes on YouTube, even on DeviantART that features Komasan with a belly. I don't know it is from the 2014 or 2021 version but here are links.

This is another link to where Komasan has a belly. Ignore the sound effects as the one who uploaded it add them, but they don't know the name of the episode either.

I also think there are scenes with Komajiro gaining but I haven't seen any.

If anyone looks into this and confirms with the episode names, that would be appreciative.
