It's a Japanese short (I guess). It's of horror, i which I think a girl goes to a woman's house where she works as a maid. Then the woman feeds the girl some kind of porridge and the girl gets completely hooked on it. Eventually she becomes morbidly obese and addicted to that porridge.

With some information, we can guess when we saw it, whether the image was from a TV anime or a Flash animation, or a recent manga video on YouTube.
