While browsing TV Tropes I came across what looks like a missing expansion scene from Onegai My Melody Kirara. The TV Tropes Page is Here.
On the video examples page, the "Fountain of Youth" video shows the antagonists in the fountain before becoming babies. The video then cuts to the fountain empty with a bloated blue character, presumably King, in the background having skipped the draining scene. I don't know what episode this is from but I do know that the chicken character and animation style are from Onegai My Melody Kirara.
