I find this one. The video game Gex, one of the bosses the Flatulator drinks some fluid in the level that allows him to attack Gex using his flatunce to propel him. I know how it sounds but it is legit it seems.

That's wild! I love this game's two sequels but never checked out this one.

Would be good to find a version of this footage without the sprite-rendering error this person's emulator seems to be having.
