Freaks Squeele: Kim Trauma is a spinoff of Florent Madoux's Freaks Squeele series about superpowered college students. "With great powers, come great side effects," the tagline says, and Kim specializes in helping with the unique medical conditions that arise in a school full of superpowers. In order to use her own abilities of magical tattoo artistry, she has to store up power in the form of fat, leading to her pigging out on fast food before procedures and often looking downright skeletal afterwards. Her first change is seen in these four pages:
