Is anyone gonna consider posting what I saw? I applied links to some of them.

So how about this. In Nisekoi, a dog name Togechi is shown with a belly.

To answer your question about Nisekoi, it's actually from an OVA. There are four OVAs in total. The sequence here happens in the fourth one.
