Both Andy and Pirki forcefeed a condor/vulture-like character also turn sensitive content off since that's what the vid was marked by the uploader for some reason.

Also this series might be lost so if anyone has more sightings of this show please tell us a scene/episode and maybe share information if you can't find any vids of it.
