Marmaduke is an American comic strip series originally created and written by Brad Anderson in June 1954 up until his death in August 2015. The series is currently succeeded by Brad's son, Paul Anderson. The comic itself is a single-panel strip often portraying the troublesome hijinks of the Winslow family's overactive Great Dane, Marmaduke.
In June 2010, a live-action film adaptation simply titled "Marmaduke" was produced by 20th Century Fox. A fully animated "Marmaduke" film was also produced by One Cool Animation and released on Netflix in May 2022.
