Kemono Friends is a multimedia franchise created by Mine Yoshizaki. It started as a mobile game, then received a manga and an anime series. Originally getting a poor reception from viewers, it became massively popular. It takes place in Japari Park, a fictional zoo that is home to Friends, anthropomorphic animals that take on the appearance of human girls.
