Summary
Monica and her friends, along with the rest of the cast of the series, come together for a Carnival parade. However, their celebration is disrupted when a big, overweight villain named Reinaldo crashes the party. He uses his magic confetti to feed everyone, causing them to instantly inflate into giant round balloons. But, by working together, they manage to turn the tables on Reinaldo by having him swallow the confetti himself.
