Cool McCool is an Australian-American animated Saturday morning television cartoon series that aired on NBC-TV during the 1966-1967 television season. It was created by Bob Kane, one of the creators of Batman, and produced by King Features Syndicate. It is about a secret agent who takes on odd villains, often beating them through luck.

The recurring fat supervillain Hurricane Harry appears in many cartoons. His superpower is the ability to inhale and use his breath to blow objects down or apart destructively. Consequently, there are a number of inflation and deflation scenes whenever Harry makes an appearance.
