Britannica's Tales Around the World was a 1990 direct-to-video series of fairy tale adaptations, released by Britannica Video and hosted by actor Pat Morita.

During the adaptation of the Pedro and the Monster story, Pedro is fattened up by the monster that captured him. He however only looks fatter in one scene.
