What a Mess is a US animated series released in 1995 produced by DIC Entertainment based on the book series written by Frank Muir. It is also the US remake of the same series released in the UK in 1979. The series is about a afghan puppy named Prince Amir who keeps getting into trouble hence his nickname What a Mess.
