The Mighty B!

The Mighty B! is a cartoon series created by comedian Amy Poehler, Cynthia True and Erik Wiese, broadcast from April 2008 to June 2011. The premise is about a girl scout named Bessie Higgenbottom, with the desire to earn the most badges out of any Honeybee scout, while also dreaming of becoming a superhero known as "The Mighty B".

So Happy Together (S01E01a)

Before Bessie finds him, a dog (soon to be named Happy) is seen stealing a steak at the pier.

Bessie gets stuffed while eliminating all foods (save zucchini) as her superhero identity's weakness. After eating a zucchini, Bessie vomits it all afterwards, drawing the conclusion that it's her weakness.
