It can be from PBS Kids, Universal Kids, YouTube, Nick Jr., Disney Junior, Cartoonito, basically any channel that offers pre-school TV. Do they have any inflation scenes of any kind?

You might start by looking at some category pages that list every page with said category. For example, we do have a category for PBS cartoons.

I'm not quite sure if "Fly's Picnic Problem" is going to be the only episode in the entirety of this TV show where a character expands but Fly says that her uncle one time consumed so many droplets of orange soda (I know she said iced tea but iced tea is brown, not orange) that he had to be rolled on the ground by another fly.

I'll even add a link to the episode since this show is practically lost media and I'm certain that less than half of a half of the world's humans know this show even exists at all.
