The Sly Cooper series is about a young thief raccoon named Sly Cooper who shares the blood of many other legendary raccoon thieves under the same last name and follows in their foot steps as well as making his own legacy, but only stealing from criminals and evil thieves before turning them into the law as well as traveling the world along side his two friends and teammates, Bentley the turtle, the brains of the team and Murray the hippopotamus the brawn of the team.
Sly's parents were killed in front of him by a gang of evil thieves as a child while he was safely hidden from the chaos. He was then sent to an Orphanage where he met up with his two friends Bentley and Murray. The three grew up being great friends and eventually became a gang of thieves, traveling the world and only stealing from evil and the undeserving worldwide while avoiding the police and a female fox cop by the name of Carmelita Montoya Fox who have been relentlessly attempting to arrest the three.
Sly Cooper and his friends does not only steal from evil for fun, but does it all in order to foil criminals wrong doings and selfish ends, save the world from chaos and stop evil doers who wishes to put an end to him and his friends as well as protect the Cooper bloodline and history from violation and extinction.
So far, there has been 4 Sly Cooper games, Sly Cooper and the Thievious Raccoonus, Sly Cooper: Band of Thieves, Sly Cooper: Honor Among Thieves all on the PS2 and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time on the PS3 in that order. There is also a movie promised for release in 2016 but postponed. No known date has been confirmed just yet.

- Caveman "Bob" Cooper gains weight after losing belief in himself. Murray then trains and thins him back down into shape.
