Robotomy (originally called Horrorbots) is a show created by Michael Buckley and Joe Deasy. It is one of the most short lived animated shows of its time due to the similar nature of “Superjail!” (Mostly because it was co-produced by Christy Karacas, who also created that show and Ballmasterz 9009). The show takes place on a post-apocalyptic world of Insanus where a robot’s way of life is to destroy each other. We follow two friends, Thrasher and Blastus, as they go through high school while all the destructive chaos goes around.

Nana’s Run

After Thrasher and Blastus leave Thrasher’s nana in extended hours before her exploding time, Nana turns into an energy vampire. Resulting in a massive Hutt-like figure that terrorizes Insanus. After this, she explodes on Insanus.

  • Blastus: Because I trusted you, Nana! I opened my heart, and you broke it!

  • Thrasher: Ugh! I should’ve never chosen family over an unattainable girl!

  • Nana: Thrasher! Blastus! You are wrong!

  • Nana: The life of an old woman can be lonely.

  • Nana: But, you have filled my tired old

  • Nana (Cont.): joints with joy!

  • Nana: I love you both!

  • Blastus: You mean it? Nana: I do!

  • Nana: CaN I eAt YoU?

  • Thrasher: Nana, No! Bad!
