My Friend Kommy is a South Korean animated edutainment series produced by Sunwoo Entertainment, which aired in 1997. The premise is the use of folktales to teach English to young children.

A Clever Rabbit (E10)

The titular rabbit sings about various aquatic creatures' previous attempts to kill him for his liver (to heal the sick king of the sea). When describing one of them, a "fat octopus", he inhales which puffs him up until he explodes but is fine shortly after.
