Franken Fran is a manga series created by Katsuhisa Kigitsu. It ran in Champion Red from September 2006 to February 2012, with a follow-up titled Franken Fran Frantic starting its run in February 2019. Fran Madaraki is the assistant to Naomitsu Madaraki, the greatest surgeon in the world. He has been away from home for a long time, so Fran works in his place, being just as skilled. However, she believes that as long as a living organism can function properly, it is in good health. This mindset often leads to horrific outcomes from her operations.
