Black Clover is a manga series created by Yuuki Tabata as writer and illustrator. The series follows Asta a young who live in a world when the magic is the most important thing, he dreams of becoming the Wizzard King, the title upon the strongest mage in the kingdom. Asta's childhood friend and rival Yuno has the same aspiration. Once a person turns 15 years old, is time to receive their Grimoire, a powerful item allowing its wielder to use their magic to is full capacity. Yuno gets a super rare Grimoire with a four-leaf clover, while Asta doesn't get anything. Later Asta sees Yuno caught by a mage who is trying to steal Yuno's Grimoire. Despite being completely overpowered by Yuno's captor, Asta is rewarded him with his very own Grimoire—one with an unheard-of black five-leaf clover. An anime adaptation aired on Oct 3, 2017
