2 Stupid Dogs is an American animated television series created by Donovan Cook and produced by Hanna-Barbera Cartoons and Turner Program Services for TBS. It later aired reruns on Cartoon Network. It is about a pair of dogs known as Little Dog and Big Dog (they aren't named in the show). Neither of them are smart and they go on different misadventures. There is also a segment called Super Secret Secret Squirrel (a remake of the original Secret Squirrel).
