Has anyone having longer load times here in this site?

If any administrators are looking into these frequent outages, it would be greatly appreciated if we could have explanation as to what's going on exactly.

The site has unfortunately been frustratingly unreliable these past few weeks.

Ran an investigation on this last night...

Server CPU usage was at 5%, SSD is still 30% empty, database up and functional...but CPU credits ran out so I think this is a throttling issue on AWS's side. Keeping the site up already costs me hundreds out of pocket each month so I couldn't afford a plan upgrade unless people were okay with me running ads here.
