To Heart: Remember My Memories is the sequel anime to the series To Heart, based on the adult visual novel by the same name, developed by Leaf in 1997 for Windows. It focuses on the relationship between the high school students Hiroyuki Fujita and Akari Kamigishi, continuing the story of the original To Heart anime, which deviates from the visual novel.
