Maria Holic is a manga/anime series revolving around an all-girl catholic academy. It's main charater is the unfortunate Kanako Miyamae, a girl who enrolls to find a girlfriend and instead becomes embroiled in the secret double-life of Mariya Shidō; a cross-dressing boy there to honour his grandmother's legacy.

Volume 7: Chapter 39 - That Day of Summer Vacation That Was Filled With Acetic Acid

Kanako becomes fixated on eating tubes of mayonaise, believing it to be good for her skin.
