Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa is a video game developed by Konami and released in 1988. It was originally Japan-exclusive, but was later released in other countries through Virtual Console on the Wii. The player controls Upa, a baby prince of a magical kingdom who comes from a line of great fighters. He accidently breaks an urn, releasing the evil demon Zai, who kidnaps all the other babies. A fairy who was also in the urn gives Upa a magic rattle, and he sets out to save the kingdom.
Upa's rattle can inflate enemies, which can be used as floating platforms or to attack other enemies.
