Jacob Two-Two

Jacob Two-Two is a cartoon series based on the children's book trilogy of the same name by Mordecai Richler. The show ran for five seasons starting in September 2003 and ended in September 2006.

The titular character gets his name from his tendency to repeat what he says in order to be heard, although he does not do it much in the show itself.

Jacob Two Two and the Too Big Tomato (S05E07)

Wanting to get bigger, Jacob sprays himself with Mr. Moleculus' new growth formula meant for tomatoes. As a result, Jacob grows huge and round like a tomato.
