Cap'n Crunch is a famous American brand of cereal that markets itself as "staying crunchy - even in milk". It's older ads used to feature the titular Cap'n Crunch going on adventures.

During one ad, Cap'n Crunch defeats a Sog Dragon by feeding it Cap'n Crunch - this causes the dragon to balloon in size and start floating until he deflates.
