Wendy the Good Little Witch

Wendy the Good Little Witch is a comic character created by Harvey Comics. She first appeared in 1954 in an issue of Casper the Friendly Ghost, starting out as another feature in the comic and as Casper's friend. She was given her own title in 1960, but still appeared in Casper comics and vice versa. Like the friendly ghost, Wendy prefers to be a nice witch and not mean like they usually are.
