A Zooful of Animals is a collection of animal poems selected by William R. Cole. The illustrations were created by Lynn Munsinger and the book itself was published by the Boston branch of the Houghton Mifflin Company. Many authors are credited with the creation of the poems in the book with William Cole being credited for two poems in the book. Moreover, while all of the poems involve animals not all of them include a "zoo" theme.
