Janet O'Siren, a woman who used to frequently visit The Itis restaurant gains a lot of weight because she has becomed an adicted to soul food (specifically, the Luther Burger), later after harassing Robert, she ran to the Meadowlark Park to cry about her situation.
At the end of the episode she loses all the weight she has gained.
