Ballmastrz: 9009 is a 2018 American animated series created by Christy Karacas, airing on the Adult Swim programming block. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic future that was ravaged by the "Rad Wars." These wars were stopped when the mysterious being Crayzar created "The Game," a violent sport in which teams score using sentient balls. Star player Gaz Digzy, considered the best athlete in this sport, ruins her career after a string of self-destructive acts. Crayzar gives her a chance to reclaim her glory by making her captain of the Leptons, the worst team of the Game, and tasks her with helping them win a single match.
