Pearls Before Swine is an American comic strip created by Stephan Pastis. It is known for its black comedy, commentary on society, and puns, among other things. The strip chronicles the misadventures of some suburban anthropomorphic animals: Rat, Pig, Goat, Zebra, and the Zeeba Zeeba Eata fraternity of crocodiles. Pastis himself also makes appearances.
