Sora Yori Takaku

Sora Yori Takaku (which translates to "Higher Than the Sky") is a comedy/fantasy manga by Akira Miyashita, running in Weekly Playboy from 1995 to 2002. In the Demon Realm, the Devil King is preparing to retire, so he must choose an heir between his sons, the serious Yomi and and the comedic Sora. He sends them on a quest to find him a pure Yamato maiden from Japan for companionship. The son who succeeds will inherit the throne, while the other will be killed. Having a time limit of one Earth year, Sora searches for a satisfactory woman.
