Marvin (or Marvin & Family) is an ongoing syndicated comic strip created by Tom Armstrong that was launched in 1982. The comic focuses on a 2-year-old boy named Marvin, along with his the other members of his family. Including his parents, Jeff and Jenny Miller, and their pet dog Bitsy.
A TV special based on the comic titled Marvin: Baby of the Year aired on CBS in 1989.
