The Cartoons of the Zecchino d'Oro are a collection of musical short films created by Paolo Zavallone and de Mas & Partners between 2000 and 2005. Each song is derived from the Italian music festival Zecchino d'Oro and sung by the Piccolo Coro "Mariele Ventre" of the Antoniano, a mixed children's choir at the Antoniano Institute in Bologna, Italy. The art style of the collection shifts between videos due to the animators having creative liability with each song they worked on. As such, its not unusual for the collection to switch between traditional animation to more obscure animation styles, like claymation.
