Patrol 03 is a French animated series that aired in 1997. It follows a trio of police officers - Shorty, Carmen, and Wilfred - as they work in Los Diablos. Despite the rest of the force seeing them as a joke, they are really the most competent. The villains are Pamela Bondani, the corrupt police chief who wants to usurp the mayor, and Professor Molo, an evil genius Pamela works with that is known for creating monsters.
