Pastel Yumi, the Magic Idol is a magical girl anime from 1986. It follows Yumi Hanazono, an aspiring manga artist who loves flowers. After she saves a dandelion from being weeded, she is greeted by two flower elves, Kakimaru and Keshimaru. They give Yumi a magic wand and locket as a reward for her kindness, and she can make whatever she draws with the wand become real.
