The 1960's version of Popeye the Sailor is a television series produced by a variety of animation studios that made 220 episodes in two years. Compared to the theatrical cartoons, the animation of this series was streamlined and limited to suit the television budget.

Weight for Me

In this short, Olive Oyl has put on weight. Popeye is disappointed, but Brutus (overweight Bluto) is pleased. Brutus lovingly feeds her, but Popeye tries his best to slim her down.

The Rain Breaker

Egypt Us

Lost in Egypt, Wimpy prepares hamburgers for himself, Popeye, and Olive. Despite promising not to eat them all himself while Popeye rescues Olive, he does so anyway by the end.
