Zim gets Head Pigeons and is sent to the nurse's office by Mrs. Bitters , but the nurse will think that he is and alien and to avoid that and to seem human, he steals organs from his classmates and replaces them with objects resulting in him getting bloated.

GIR, in his dog disguise, stuffs himself on stolen Halloween Candy.

Dib has become grossly out of shape from watching his monitors for Zim, who went unseen for some time. This turned out to be part of Zim's plan, as Dib is now too unfit to confront him. He manages to get back in shape, however.

Zim reveals that the Gargantis Array is not a weapon, but a transmitter, and uses it to broadcast Dib's embarrassing workout from the last issue.
