Catnapped! (Totsuzen! Neko no Kuni Banipal Witt ) is a 1995 feature film created by Takashi Nakamura. A boy named Toriyasu and his younger sister Meeko are brought to the magical world of Banipal Witt by anthropomorphic cats. There, the evil sorceress Buburina is using her magic and a giant dog (which happens to be Toriyasu's dog) to rule this world.

Buburina's magic causes anyone she touches to turn into a balloon.
