Leafie, A Hen into the Wild, or Daisy, A Hen into the Wild in its English release, is a 2011 South Korean animated film directed by Oh Sung-yoon and released in July 2011 to critical acclaim and box office success. It was based on the children's book by Hwang Sun-mi. The story centers around a hen named Leafie, who escapes a chicken farm to live in the wild, and a duckling who she becomes the guardian of as well as the hardships they both endure.
During a montage of Leafie and the duckling having fun together, they both find a melon in a field and are later shown stuffed.
