Croco et FasteFoode was a French-Belgian comic strip created by Gilbert Bouchard in 1999. The comic strip was eventually re-released as a series of four books over three years. Despite this, the series has become mostly forgotten over the years due to several factors. Such as the Comic Strip never being translated outside of their native language, the strip's sense of humor conflicting with its messages about protecting the environment, and its complete lack of any overarching plot.
The strip follows the antics of a man-eating crocodile named Croco and his jungle friends including a boy named Fastefoode. The strip's main jokes revolve around Croco eating the various humans he comes across in the jungle while also expressing serious messages about protecting the environment. However, the environmental messages usually get overshadowed by the comic strips' dark sense of humor. For instance, Croco and his friends are frequently disgusted by the idea of hunters killing animals for trophies and decorations. But Croco happily keeps a tally of the hundreds of humans he's eaten over the years and has even made a climbing wall out of human skulls, which his friends see no problem with.
