Hey everyone! Happy New Year and welcome to the year of the dragon! I wonder what this year will have in store for expansion moments in cartoon media, especially for dragon! What are you looking forward to see this year for an expansion scene?

So far we got a good one from Nu Pogodi with a round shaped Vox.

I’d love to see if Boss Baby: Back in the Crib does one of it ever makes another season. Maybe have an episode where the babies become addicted to an experimental formula and this results in some weight gain that makes them as fat as Jimbo or JJ are. Note: JJ is Jimbo and Staci’s daughter.

I definetly am looking forward to seeing some villain expansion, preferably with popping.

I am hoping for any gain sightings in a series called, The Laughing Dragon. Which does feature a dragon.

Speaking of, I found some already and they're ongoing.

They're shorts so no need for timestamps.

If not that, I do want more furry expansions like Looney Tunes/Tom and Jerry

I'm hoping for more expansions when Jellystone's 3rd season comes out.

Maybe some expansion scenes of animated shows, including dragon cartoons.

Last year, I found Figment's air inflation animations from Disney's Journey into Imagination ride and recently found a rare commercial for the Stix Restaurant (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qH3J2PXiYXU). I also know that "The Journey of Long" uses inflation gags on the titular dragon in some of its videos.(https://www.youtube.com/@longlongtv/playlists).

I also found three dragon books that I need to look into: One Hungry Dragon by Alastair Chrisholm; There was an Old Dragon Who Swallowed a Knight by Klostermann, Penny Parker; and This Hungry Dragon by Heath McKenzie. They're not hard to find, I just don't have access to them.

The last thing I'm going to mention is that the Chinese New Year isn't until February 10. The bunny and dragon haven't done their dance yet. (I hope someone gets the reference)

We can except more expansion from upcoming video games. Last year we have inflation in Super Mario Bros. Wonder!

I think one thing we should all add to our calendars is the cinematic debut of Uma Musume in March (bigger screen means bigger bellies, right??)

IF they allow more fat bellies on the movie, that is.
