Yakitate!! Japan is a manga written by Takashi Hashiguchi and serialized in Shōnen Sunday from 2002 to 2007 with an anime adaptation broadcast from October 2004 to March 2006. The series follows a boy named Kazuma Azuma, whose intention is to make a national bread named "Ja-pan".
