Wacky Races is a 2017 reboot of the 1968 series of the same name, developed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. It is the first successful attempt at rebooting the series, albeit in a more faithful manner to the original, with a stylised, tweened animation style. All twelve 11-minute episodes debuted on Boomerang's US-exclusive SVOD service on August 22, 2017, with international television runs to follow.

Mambo Itali-Go-Go (S01E02)

Dick Dastardly and Muttley, Peter Perfect, Penelope Pitstop and the Gruesome Twosome are given a break by Italy's friendly community after a few mishaps, but their hospitality becomes overbearing. After days of having the townspeople overfeed them and get to know them, the racers are too fat for their cars. However, Penelope suggests they finish the race on five conveniently built scooters.
